Parking Pass RULES

Parking Pass Pick Up

All parking passes must be picked up from the Kendall Yards Welcome Center at 1335 W. Summit Parkway.

Expired Parking Pass

After purchasing your parking pass, you will be emailed an expiration date.  If your parking pass is not extended or returned to 1335 W. Summit Parkway within 6 days after your expiration date you will be assessed a fee equal to the value of a month pass.

Daily Parking Passes

Daily passes are offered for $3 per day.  When purchasing a day pass, print off your PayPal receipt and place on the dash board of your car. You can also purchase day passes at the pay and display machine.  Any cars parked without this pass will be subject to a fee of $30.

Unauthorized Parking

Any cars parking in a permit lot without a permit will be assessed a fee of $30 (each instance) and risk being towed.

Lost Passes

Lost passes will be assessed a fee of $30.  Please report lost passes to parkinglot@rockwoodpm.com

Passes are good for the calendar month in which they are purchased.  Passes will not be prorated or refunded upon early return.
Currently parking passes are only being sold to Kendall Yards Business owners employees and residents.
