The Articles of Incorporation have been filed with the State of Washington to establish the Kendall Yards Business District Association as a non-profit corporation. The Articles of Incorporation are the guidelines the Association is required to operate under.

Bylaws
The Bylaws define the duties of the Board of Directors, terms of the Directors, membership voting rights, required meetings and notices of meetings, the principal office of the Association, and other specific items that are necessary to operate the Association.

CC&R's
The Covenants, Conditions and Restrictions (CC&R’s) are the governing legal documents that set up the guidelines for the operation of the planned community as a non-profit corporation. The CC&R’s are recorded by the county recorder’s office in Spokane County and are included in the title to your property. Failure to abide by the CC&R’s may result in a fine to a business owner by the Association.
