Parking Philosophy

The parking at Kendall Yards is designed to provide adequate parking for Kendall visitors, employees and residents in a pedestrian oriented urban environment. In general, the parking will be shared to increase the availability and efficiency of parking in an urban business district.  There are parking permits available for purchase for long term/employee and resident parking.  Hourly and daily passes can be purchased by short term guests and visitors for a small fee.

Employee/Long Term Parking - Permits

Long term parking for employees will generally be located in shared use parking lots that are operated and maintained by the Kendall Yards Business District Association. These lots will be restricted to permit holders from 8 am to 4 pm, Monday through Friday. After hours and weekend parking will be free and will not require a parking permit. Permits may be obtained for a small monthly fee. Please see the Parking Map for designated parking areas for permit holders.

Short Term and Guest Parking - Passes

The primary location for short term and guest parking will initially be along the public streets and in the green and purple areas of the parking map.  Short term parking in the Kendall BOA parking lot can be paid for via the REEF Mobile App.
Note:  Enforcement of the street parking will be done by the City of Spokane Parking Enforcement Department.
